RICK REICHEL

Principal

Richard P Reichel also has 30 plus years of experience in real estate development and management. Mr. Reichel has extensive experience in the development of both multifamily and master-planned communities. Mr. Reichel is originally from Pennsylvania and is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. In addition to several board positions, he also served as Chairman of the Technical College of the Low Country and currently serves on the board of the Heritage Classic Foundation which hosts the PGA tour’s RBC Heritage Classic each year.

Mr. Barbic and Mr. Reichel were partners in Melrose Multifamily, and formed an entity with Monday Properties to develop two apartment communities in the greater Charleston, SC. Together they developed The Mason in Ladson, SC and The Hudson in Summerville, SC.
